Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What age groups does Coach Justin work with?

We offer training for players as young as 8 years old, all the way to high school and college athletes.

What skill level does Coach Justin offer training for?

No prerequisites are required; we welcome all skill levels from beginners to advanced players.

Is this just for hitting?

No! Coach Justin can train on all 5 tools of baseball. Your sessions can focus on the skills you and your player would like to build or refine. This includes: hitting, pitching, in-field and outfield work, as an individual, small group or team.

What if my player already has a coach or team?

That’s great. This program isn’t a replacement—it’s a supplement. We focus on individual development that players can apply right away, whether it’s with their team, in practice, or during games.

What’s the catch with the free session?

There isn’t one. This 30-minute meet & greet is completely free, with no obligation to continue. It’s a chance for us to meet, assess your player’s skills, and talk through goals. If it feels like a great fit, we’ll talk about what comes next. If not, no hard feelings—and your player still walks away with value.

Can parents observe training sessions?

Yes, parents are encouraged to stay for our training sessions, connect with Coach Justin before or after each session and find healthy, positive ways to support and enhance your player's transformation.

Do you offer private lessons or small group training?

Yes, both! After the meet & greet, we’ll talk about which option is best based on your player’s goals and learning style. Small group sessions are especially popular—they offer great reps, peer motivation, and a team-like vibe at a lower cost.

Will my player get enough attention in a small group setting?

Absolutely. Small group training is designed to give your player focused, personalized instruction—with the added benefits of real-game scenarios, peer motivation, and rest between reps (which helps players absorb more).

In fact, many players improve faster in small groups than in private lessons—because they can learn by watching others, stay engaged longer, and thrive in a more competitive (yet fun) environment.
